These terms and conditions apply to: - The DineNorder mobile application (available on Google Play and App Store). - The DineNorder website (https://www.dinenorder.qa). The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the DineNorder platform and the services available on it, including mobile versions, as well as any other versions accessible via desktop, tablets, social media, or other devices. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. In this document, the term "platform" refers to both the DineNorder mobile application and the website. The words "we," "us," and "DineNorder" refer to the company operating the service, while "you" and "user" refer to any individual using the platform, whether as a customer or a restaurant. 🚨 Please read these terms carefully before using the services and features available on the platform.

5.1 Registration and Account Use Customers can use DineNorder in two ways: 1️⃣ **Guest access** by verifying their phone number (using two-factor authentication). 2️⃣ **Account creation** using an email and secure password, unlocking additional features such as: ✅ Saving favorite restaurants. ✅ Viewing order and reservation history. ✅ Managing notifications and preferences. 🚨 **Customers must keep their account details secure, as they are fully responsible for any activity conducted from their account.** ### 5.2 Reservations and Orders ✅ Customers can search for restaurants based on location and preferences. ✅ They can reserve tables or place orders directly through the app. ✅ Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before confirming them. 🚨 **If an issue arises with an order, the customer must contact the restaurant directly.**
